imagine Asia Pacific was engaged to organise and deliver the celebratory launch party for the Vodafone 3G network just seven days prior to the event date. The launch was a major spectacle held at Sydney's Luna Park, which included live entertainment and celebrity MCs.
As well as event branding, design, location and venue liaison, catering, entertainment, transport and AV, Imagine organised complete project and financial management for this event. In addition, imagine Asia Pacific liaised with Vodafone-sponsored band Thirsty Merc and support band Faker to ensure all aspects, including sound, lighting and rider all rolled out smoothly. MCs Jackie O and Lachlan introduced the network launch, entertainment, and Vodafone's MD, Russell Cootes.
Despite the short lead time, imagine Asia Pacific ensured the event was a major success, and it is still talked about highly by the Vodafone team. All this, delivered on time and on budget.
