The World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) held the 32nd World Small Animal Veterinary Association Congress in Sydney in August 2007 for local and international guests. The major sponsor Hill's Pet Nutrition, the leader in pet food nutrition and innovation, commissioned imagine Sydney to design and build a 10mx10m exhibition stand and coordinate all stand activities throughout the five day congress.
It was imperative that the stand be totally interactive, while still allowing Hill's representatives to be able to spend quality time with stand visitors. The stand incorporated four 'work pods' or work stations where the Hill's representatives could showcase their products.
The central pod housed the audio visual equipment, and was the platform for eight plasma screens, four of which showed Hills presentations and the other four showed 'Wii' games. The stand included rigging of overhanging banners and mesh banners on one side to create an appealing environment for guests.
In addition to the stand, imagine Asia Pacific included a coffee station, storeroom for giveaways, novelty photo area and supply branded merchandise.
